FindJob (findjob.salillabs.in) is a free job aggregation platform operated by SalilLabs. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is used. FindJob does not require registration or login — you can browse and apply without creating an account.
2. Data We Collect
Anonymous Visitor ID
We generate a random ID stored in your browser's localStorage to count unique visitors. This ID is not linked to any personal information and cannot identify you. It is used solely to display aggregate visitor counts on the site.
Job Application Clicks
When you click an “Apply” button, we record that an application was initiated (using your anonymous visitor ID and the job URL). We do not track what happens on the employer's site after you click.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand page performance and usage patterns. These tools collect anonymised data such as page views, device type, and region. No personally identifiable information is collected.
Advertising (Google AdSense)

3. Data We Do Not Collect

Job listings on FindJob are aggregated from third-party sources including LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, and other platforms. We do not store or process any personal data submitted through employer application forms. Always review the privacy policy of the employer's site before submitting your application.
5. Cookies
FindJob itself does not set cookies. However, Google AdSense and Vercel Analytics may set cookies on your device for advertising and analytics purposes. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
6. Data Retention
Anonymous visitor IDs and job click records are retained indefinitely. Job listings are automatically purged after 21 days.
7. Third-Party Links
FindJob links to external employer websites and job portals. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing any personal information.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of FindJob after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
