About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to lead the development of AI-powered automation products and enterprise-grade backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams and mentor developers.

• Design scalable microservice architecture.

• Build AI-powered applications using LangChain and LangGraph.

• Develop Java Spring Boot services.

• Design REST APIs.

• Review code and enforce engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with Product and QA teams.

• Optimize system performance and cloud infrastructure.

• Participate in architecture discussions.
